I used this book for an intermediate micro course I took, and while I cannot say that it instilled in me a burning desire to further study economics, I also did not hate the book. The course I found to be fairly dry as it progressed rather slowly, but from what I read of this book I found myself pleasantly surprised by its readability. I expected a book that would hold my hand and walk me slowly through every step (which is what I did not want), and even though the book is approachable for students of varying mathematical backgrounds, he was not as afraid as I expected him to be with mathematics. The graphs are generally useful, though sometimes the formatting places them in awkward positions or on subsequent pages. The exercises are fairly routine. It's a fine book, and I'm sure many economics students will find great use from it. For me, though, I don't think I'll be changing teams to join economists any time soon. But, my brief experience was not as bad as I expected.

This book has very few examples and no practice problems. you have to buy the separate workbook if you want the practice problems which is really frustrating

Main points and terms are not highlighted and it's difficult to scan for specific concepts without reading the entire chapter. There's a lot of conceptual info, but not as much help with practice/examples for word problems that would be found on a test. The book provides derivations but no examples of how certain problems would be framed or executed. All in all, a good book to read for someone new to microeconomics, but not such a good book for an advanced microeconomics class.

I bought this book for a master's course. I'm an engineer so economics is not my main field. That's why I considered the clarity of the topics to be very important and the book did not disappoint except for a couple of issues.I don't think the order in which topics are covered is the best. Fortunately my teacher felt the same way and the course started with topics covering market supply, demand and equilibrium.Also the figures aren't great as sometimes they are filled with lots of information and curves that are used for many examples. IMHO it'd be clearer to have more figures to show step-by-step how they are constructed.The book title is spot on!Bottom line: Highly recommended.

Goes into concepts too quickly without proper background explanation. This is especially problematic for technical concepts that require a lot of math.

This manga trilogy has an interesting start. While not as good as "The Rise of Scourge" or the Ravenpaw's Path Trilogy, this book was intriguing enough. And it is a MANGA; a comic, so don't post negative feedback all because it isn't a chapter book! Thanks!Leafstar, leader of SkyClan, is expecting kits, and her apprentices start acting stranger and stranger, until she spots them with a twoleg and they flee. This lures the twoleg to the territory soon enough, and Leafstar and her kits are brought to the twoleg's nest. Her clanmates are plotting a way to help their leader escape, meanwhile she meets Sol (known as "Harry" by his twoleg) in the twoleg's nest. Sol is quite a suspicious character, I have not read much about him. other than in this book.I've wondered what happens to SkyClan after Firestar's Quest and SkyClan's Destiny, and this book seems interesting. It's a good start, and I recommend it to Warriors fans and anyone who has wondered what has happened to SkyClan. The art is decently-drawn, but not my favorite art of the Warriors mangas, and the book is short (about 80 something pages?), and the last 20 pages or whatever are all ads for the other books in this series. I do recommend this book. I am looking forward to the next.

My baby is 11 years old now and this is a collection of books that have kept my daughter very much into reading. She loves all the caracteres and their stories. She started a few years ago with one, That one book kept her interested so much that she finished it that same day and asked us to get her another. Now she has a collection of over twenty of these books but she also has read many other books in her bedroom library

I've been collecting this series since i was in 5th grade and i was so excited to finally get this manga of the series and the other books as well. I definitely recommend this series for anyone.

This series is my 12 year old's ultimate favorite! LOVE LOVE LOVE! She treasures every book and can not wait for the next to be released! Couldn't be happier!

I enjoyed this manga book. I always love the insights that The Warriors Manga gives on characters and backstories about the clans. Purchase this book if you want to know what happens between Billystorm and Leafstar. Moreover, Sol appears. It is not revealed what he is up to. There are many interesting things that happen in this short manga story but I am not going to spoil them. I can't wait for the next book because I hope to find out more about Sol's character. I have read the entire Power of Three saga, but Sol's appearance was brief. I was unsure what to make of his character. Definetly, get the book is you are a totally Warriors nerd like me.
